What a workshop!
I participated in this workshop with my partner, not really knowing what to expect. I had recently been experiencing anxiety and work related stress and so figured I might aswel give the Rewilding workshop a try.
We had a great intro to what we were hoping to work on and then went straight into mindful breathing, a type of meditation, dancing and then literally shaking off all remaining stress. The workshop we attended focussed primarily on breathing which is something I never really pay much attention to and I could not believe the powerful relief I felt from these exercises.
The evening was finished with a cold swim watching the sun go down accompanied by hot tea and snacks.
An amazing experience in all snd both myself and my partner biked home feeling relaxed and ready to take on the world. Thank you Peter & Charlotte. You guys are doing something great.
